The Governors see Sticklepath Community Primary Academy as a place of improvement and are keen to continue the journey towards excellence, meeting the needs of our locality as a place of education but also as a wider facility to the community. In doing so the school is open to all, while ensuring the school is a safe environment for children and others that are vulnerable.
Over recent years the Governors have played a major part in the improvements that have been made to the school building, and bringing the nursery into the fold. This has helped make it a comfortable happy environment for the children to learn and develop in.
Being a Parent Governor at Sticklepath is about being part of a whole school team that want the best for all the children at our school. The rewards come in seeing happy enthusiastic children enjoying their school.
